  • Writing - Tutoring at 3:20 in Dr. Hare's room 12/8     TEST 12/9 at 8:30am in Room 305
  • Math - Tutoring at 3:20 in Mr. Acosta's room on 12/9 & 12/10 (Mr. Oaxaca) and at 6:55am in Mr. Acosta's room on 12/10 & 12/11   TEST on 12/11 at 8:30am in Room 920
  • Science - Tutoring at 3:20 in Mrs. Knight's room 12/15    TEST 12/16 at 8:30am in Room 920
  • Reading - Tutoring at 3:20 in Dr. Hare's room 12/16   TEST 12/17 at 8:30am in Room 920
  • Semester Exams will be given as follows:
  • Dec 18th periods 1st - 4th  - 1/2 day dismissal for students. Dismissed at 11:43am
  • Dec 19th periods 5th - 7th -  1/2 day dismissal for students and staff. Dismissed at 10:46am. All District Buildings will close at 12:00pm
  • Christmas Break -- Dec 22nd to Jan 2nd.  School resumes on Jan 5th at 7:59am!!

Principal's Message


The students, staff, and administration of the Silver High School welcome you to our website. We are confident that you will find the information on this site useful and that you will learn more about what makes the Silver High School a special place to learn and attend.

Silver High School is home to approximately 750 students from 9th to 12th grade. Silver High School contains 40 classrooms, band and choir room, library, lunchroom/kitchen, and 200-seat auditorium.  Silver High School has its own health clinic, main event gymnasium, PE complex and administrative and security offices.

The Silver High School has a dedicated and experienced staff, School Council, and caring and committed families. The Silver High School is committed to providing a safe, caring, and challenging educational environment that promotes learning and achievement for all students. We recognize and celebrate the diverse learning styles, interests, talents, and cultures of our students and strive to offer a rich variety of meaningful learning experiences that will inspire innovative thinkers and confident learners.
